Mr. Polo was born in Dallas, Texas to Italian immigrant parents who owned hotels in Havana Cuba from the 1930’s to the late 1950’s. He speaks fluent Italian and Spanish and attended military school earning a bachelor’s degree in Aviation and Aerospace prior to serving in the military. He is an experienced commercial pilot and has a deep knowledge of the travel industry. After serving almost a decade at the world’s largest airline in hotel accommodations and ground transportation for airline crew members. In 2001 he became CEO of Allied Airbus, an exclusive ground transportation company for airline crew members. This company under his guidance grew to 21 cities across the United States eventually selling his interest to focus on a new challenge of bringing technology to the aviation industry in both airline crew housing and airline crew transportation. He also remains as a consultant and technology innovator in the aviation industry. Through automation and a focus on the crew experience and safety in an constant changing landscape in aviation. Currently he serves multiple airlines and transportation companies across the United States and oversees over 2.5 million dollars a month in gross revenue in billing to the airline industry monthly. He continues to transform how the airlines do business in an age of technology.
Mr. Thomas is a seasoned business leader with over 36 years of professional experience, including three decades of executive-level leadership across global and franchise-based organizations. As the former President and CEO of Urban Air Adventure Parks under Unleashed Brands, he played a pivotal role in scaling the brand into one of the most recognized names in family entertainment, leveraging deep operational insight and a robust franchise development strategy.
Prior to his work at Urban Air, Jay held leadership roles with industry giants such as Six Flags, where he helped drive innovation and licensing partnerships across a portfolio of entertainment properties. His expertise spans multi-unit operations, consumer experience design, and strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions, and franchise systems.
Under his leadership, the company is scaling its proprietary transportation technology to deliver consistent, secure, and high-performance crew services across the United States.

Mr. Carrasquillo, originally from Puerto Rico, spent much of his life in Knoxville, Tennessee after relocating with his family during his youth. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
His career in the hospitality sector began with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, where he took on a leadership roles in Front Office management. Over his 25+ years in the industry, he has worked across six states and over ten cities nationwide, adapting to the ever-evolving demands of the hospitality sector. In the past decade, his professional focus has shifted to Marriott International, where he held senior on-property leadership positions in both franchise and Marriott-managed properties, driving operational excellence and innovation.
My current role represents the culmination of his journey to explore how advanced technologies and data-driven insights can transform the hospitality experience for the airline industry. Lodging solutions that meet specialized, single-point needs, with an emphasis on cutting-edge, forward-thinking approaches that blend technology with guest-centric service models.in innovative and creative ways.
Ms. Richardson has over eight years of experience in customer service and specialized expertise in flight crew transportation, she brings a strong foundation in logistics, administration, and software management. She has spent five years overseeing flight crew transportation administration, five years in transportation management, and seven years working with flight crew software solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and streamlined processes.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, Claudia is committed to expanding her knowledge in business strategy and organizational leadership. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she navigates diverse professional environments with ease, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
Beyond her career, Claudia has lived in multiple locations due to her husband's military service, gaining a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and global connectivity. An avid traveler, she enjoys exploring new places and contributing her time to humanitarian organizations, combining her passion for service with her commitment to making a difference.
